Small Biz Domination – Part 20

We have already covered quite a bit about on page SEO as we went through the previous two sections of Local Biz Domination. Rather than write a lot of information that I have already written, I am going to point you to some posts to just glue things together a little more.

It’s a good idea to read through the articles in the list below before moving on to the next post in this series.

SEO Is Free Targeted Traffic To Your Website. What Can Be better Than That?

SEO In English
This is just an overview of the concept of SEO and why in many ways the basics are really just common sense.

On page SEO part 1
First of two articles about on page SEO. We have already covered this loosely as we went through sections one and two but this will just help build on that.

On Page SEO Part 2
More of the same but I would recommend that you browse through this post.

Local SEO
A slightly deeper look at local SEO. I feel like I’m repeating myself now but again this just builds on what we have done so far.

Off Page SEO
On page SEO will account for 20% – 30% of your SEO efforts. Far more effective and important is to tie it together with off page SEO. Here’s a quick look at the bigger picture. The next thing that we will do in this series is look at off page SEO techniques. Make sure you read this one so you know why.

Local SEO us much more important than global SEO if you are looking for contacts; have your people fill out cards or even better, have a computer at the admission area where they can register. Targeting local keywords is a good way for potential customers to find you when searching. Local SEO offers a business tremendous potential to increase earnings. The revenue you generate by using Local SEO will be many times higher than the investment with which you start.

      Hi Ashley.
Yes, local SEO is important for SME’s. Sadly it’s still not something that many SME’s have really woken up too.
The plus side of this is that many local keywords are easy pickings for those that do. As you probably know, there are a number of things that the business owner can do to reduce or even eliminate the costs.
      Thank’s for your input.

    Hey Steve,

Thanks for tying the pieces together.

The world of SEO is overwhelming as it is, without the tons of conflicting information and constant Google algorithm changes to make things more confusing.

For small business owners, being able to understand it simply and implementing something that’s doable is vital to their online presence.

    Great stuff. Thanks!
